🚀 We’re Hiring: Sourcing Manager – Sales (Channel Partner Development) | Onsite – Pune (Spazioliv Interiors)

Spazioliv is a premium interior design & product brand crafting timeless, minimalist, and luxury homes.

We are looking for a Sales Sourcing Manager who can develop, manage, and grow channel partner networks (builders, architects, brokers, developers, and allied businesses) to drive consistent project leads and conversions.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Identify & onboard channel partners (builders, developers, architects, brokers, vendors, corporates, lifestyle partners).

Build & maintain strong long-term business relationships with partners.

Drive lead generation through partnerships and ensure quality pipeline.

Negotiate commercial terms, commission models, and partnerships agreements.

Work with the sales & design team to convert partner-driven leads into projects.

Track performance of each channel partner and optimize collaborations.

Represent Spazioliv at networking events, trade shows, and business forums.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or B2B sales (interiors, real estate, luxury, or allied sectors preferred).

Strong network in builder/architect/interior ecosystem.

Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills.

Proven track record of closing deals through partnerships.

Ability to design incentive models that drive partner performance.

Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
