Sourcing Manager - Real estate

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in sourcing and closing deals. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of the KDMC, Thane, and Navi Mumbai markets and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new clients and generate qualified leads through various channels.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Expand the customer base by identifying new markets and business opportunities.
• Improve sales closing ratios through effective negotiation and client management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing across KDMC, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
• Guide and support team members to enhance productivity and achieve goals.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sourcing and closing deals.
• Strong market knowledge of KDMC, Thane, and Navi Mumbai regions.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong networking ability and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Team management or team handling experience (preferred).

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
