We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Pre-Sales Executive – Commercial Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience or strong interest in the commercial real estate sector , with a deep understanding of office spaces, retail outlets, and investment properties. The role involves handling incoming leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining project details, understanding client requirements, and scheduling site visits. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining CRM records, ensuring timely follow-ups, and coordinating with the sales and sourcing teams for lead conversion. Strong communication skills, professional presentation, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Prior experience in B2B calling or working in a commercial real estate environment will be an added advantage. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the real estate industry with a focus on client engagement and relationship management.
