Job Description: Security Guard (Real Estate Sector) We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Guard (preferably above the age of 40) to ensure the safety and security of our real estate premises, including residential and commercial project sites. This is a 12-hour shift position , requiring physical alertness, discipline, and a strong sense of duty. The primary responsibilities include monitoring site entry and exit, maintaining a register of visitors and staff, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring the safety of property and personnel. The guard will be expected to patrol the premises regularly, report any suspicious activity, and assist in emergency situations if needed. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, especially in the real estate or construction sector. Basic literacy (ability to read/write) and knowledge of security protocols are essential. Candidates must be reliable, physically fit, and have a polite but firm approach. Familiarity with CCTV monitoring, handling delivery entries, and emergency response is an added advantage.
