Job Title: Sourcing Manager- Real Estate

Department- Mandate

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing:

 Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and secure channel

partners.

 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sourcing strategies

accordingly.

 Ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with overall business goals.

Relationship Management:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, brokers, and real

estate developers.

 Negotiate terms and agreements with channel partners to secure favorable

conditions.

 Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

 Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential sourcing opportunities.

 Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, performance metrics, and

market trends.

 Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market

analysis.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate with a focus on sourcing. Experience in

residential sales.

Qualification- Any Graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.49 per year
