Job Title: Sourcing Manager – Real Estate Location: Mira Road, Mumbai Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum Roles & Responsibilities: Drive business growth across Mira Road and Malad regions by acquiring new channels and avenues. Execute local marketing strategies, identify expansion opportunities, and scale operations. Build, engage, and manage channel partner relationships to ensure consistent lead generation and closures. Personally handle high-potential deals and ensure a strong customer experience. Oversee brand presence and inbound lead targets. Provide visibility into sales pipeline and performance metrics. Coordinate timely payouts and updates to channel partners. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales leadership, market analysis, and channel development.
