Company Overview:
Beautile, one of Kerala’s leading distributors in the import, export, and retail of premium building materials and luxury European furniture, is expanding its operations and seeking a proactive Sourcing Manager to join our Kochi team.

Role Overview:
The Sourcing Manager will play a key role in building strong supplier relationships, negotiating effectively, ensuring timely procurement, and driving efficient sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in import and export operations, market analysis, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers for both domestic and international procurement.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure optimal value.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Ensure timely procurement and smooth supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and manage procurement projects.
• Analyze market trends to support informed sourcing decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar role.
• Experience in import/export operations and international sourcing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain management.
• Proficiency with computers and relevant procurement tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
