Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager based in Pune. The Sourcing Manager will oversee and manage relationships with Channel Partner and develop sourcing strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, negotiating with channel partner.monitoring team and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Strong sourcing, relation management, and channel partner relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in relevant software tools and systems
Previous experience in real estate is compalsary.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Team handling and management experience will be counted.
