Sourcing Manager

• ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sourcing: Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads

• Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise

WHO YOU ARE:

• Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in science, engineering or business management Experience: Several years of relevant experience in procurement operations or supply chain management with focus on strategic sourcing Technical Skills: Ideally experience in procurement systems (e.g.Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Languages: Excellent proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage
