• Source & onboard vendors; manage negotiations, sampling, and costing
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery
• Track market trends, ensure product quality standards, and optimize sourcing costs
• Manage inventory planning and seasonal product development
• 4–5 years of experience in merchandising / sourcing (furniture, home décor, or lifestyle preferred)
• Strong vendor relations, negotiation & communication skills
• Excellent product sense and commercial acumen
