We take pride in pushing the limits to stay ahead in the fashion world. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager, located in Bangalore and Chennai. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement of materials and products. Daily tasks include negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing inventory levels, and analyzing market trends to make informed purchasing decisions. The Sourcing Manager will also collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of sourced materials. Qualifications Proven experience in procurement and vendor management Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions Experience in inventory management and logistics Knowledge of fashion industry sourcing Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using procurement software and tools Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
