Manager Sourcing (CP)

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with

  channel partners, institutions, and large organizations for group bookings and long-term real estate partnerships.

• Create and execute outreach plans to expand corporate client base.
• Plan and execute

  CP activation programs, roadshows, and corporate tie-ups

  to boost lead generation.

• Identify and onboard

  potential

  channel partners (channel partners, IPCs, consultants, etc.).

• Monitor and track performance of channel partners, ensuring lead quality and closure potential.

• Work closely with sales teams to align CP and sourcing strategies with project-specific goals.

• Coordinate with marketing for CP meetups, branding collaterals, and BTL activations to engage corporate and partner ecosystems.

• Drive

  consistent business volumes

  through partner engagement and performance tracking.
• Maintain an updated database of active CPs and corporate partners across the

  Western suburbs of Mumbai

  .
• Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure

  seamless lead flow and conversion

  .
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to

  maximize reach, penetration, and revenue

  .
• Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business targets.
• Represent the company in channel partner meets and industry forums.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-6 years of

  real estate experience

  in

  channel partner management / onboarding, corporate tie-ups, or B2B real estate sales

  .
• Must have handled sourcing in

  Mumbai suburbs Mahim to Borivali

  .
• Strong network of active

  CPs, IPCs, and corporate connects

  in the Mumbai region.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• High energy, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates from

  real estate developers & mandate companies

  would be preferred.
