Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Liaisoning Architect & Draughtsman with a strong real estate background and proficiency in AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying architectural and municipal drawings, coordinating with government authorities, and assisting in obtaining necessary approvals for real estate projects. Role & responsibilities 1) Prepare, revise, and maintain architectural and municipal drawings required for approvals using AutoCAD. 2) Develop drawings in compliance with DCPR, UDCPR, MCGM, MHADA, SRA, MMRDA, or other local authority guidelines. 3) Support the liaisoning team in compiling and submitting drawings/documents for approvals such as IOD, CC, OC, MOEF, Fire NOC, Aviation NOC, etc. 4) Coordinate with architects, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely submission and approval of plans. 5) Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records for all projects. 6) Follow up with regulatory authorities and assist in managing correspondence related to drawing approvals. 7) Ensure all drawings reflect current regulatory norms, zoning requirements, and development control rules. 8) Assist in site visits or surveys if required for accurate drawing preparation. 9) Maintain version control of all submitted and approved drawings. Preferred candidate profile 1) For Liaisoning draftsman - Diploma / ITI in Civil Draftsmanship 2) for Liaisoning Architect - B.Arch degree 3) 7-8 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in liaisoning or architectural drafting. 4) Strong command over AutoCAD and other drafting tools. 5) Good understanding of building bye-laws, DCPR 2034, and municipal procedures. 6) Experience working with local government bodies such as MCGM, MHADA, SRA, MMRDA, etc. 7) Attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills. 8) Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. 9) Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Note : Only candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be considered. Applicants residing in Mumbai will be considered.
Statutory Compliances Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, etc. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, Reconciliation). Handle TDS computation, return filing, and issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16/16A). Support in ROC filings, tax assessments, and liaising with consultants or government departments. Support in Foreign Remittance handling for 15CA/CB Knowledge of RERA registration, Compliance, Submission, Filing, Audit Etc. Accounts & Reconciliation Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of vendor accounts, customer ledgers, and inter-company balances. Monitor and reconcile bank statements, advances, and prepaid expenses. Review and update books of accounts periodically as per IND AS or applicable accounting standards. Ensure accurate journal postings, adjustments, and provisions. Finalization of Books & Audit Support Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books. Prepare financial reports, schedules, and data for internal/external audits. Co-ordinate with auditors for audit queries, documentation, and supporting reconciliations. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and help in timely audit closure. Other Responsibilities Support in the implementation of internal controls and SOP adherence. Coordinate with project and procurement teams for invoice validations and documentation. Support budgeting and variance analysis as needed. Ensure timely MIS reporting to management. Role & responsibilities : 1. Site Accounting & Bookkeeping - Maintain day-to-day books of accounts for the construction site (manual and/or Tally/ERP systems). - Check and Record material inward/outward entries with GRNs and MRNs. - Prepare and post required accounting entries like Journal entries, Sales Entries, purchase entries, Tenant Rent entries, TDS, GST, Labour charges, Expenses, Stamp duties, Professional fees, Electricity charges, Mhada and BMC, Salary, etc. - Bank Related Work (Cheq Deposites, DD Issuance,) - Record Keeping and Filling of all required documents in support of the entries done. - Help in bank reconciliation, resolving discrepancies with internal teams. 2. Vendor Management - Maintain vendor ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliation. - Process vendor bills: check accuracy, ensure work completion certificates or delivery challans are attached. - Coordinate with payment processing/head office for payment processing and resolve discrepancies. 3. Compliance & Reporting - Assist in GST input reconciliation and ensure correct application of tax codes. - Assist in TDS recording, reconciliation, and Tax filing - Support statutory audits by providing required documents. - Submit periodic reports (MIS, cost reports, payment status) to head office. 4. Coordination - Coordinate with site engineers / Project Heads for certification of contractor bills. - Coordinate with Site Supervisor / Project heads / Site Engineering / Architect / CRM / Sales / HR / Admin Teams for day-to-day work-related queries, compliances, reconciliations. - Coordinate with Bankers for Customer/Vendor Cheque Deposit, DD Issuances, NEFT/RTGS payments, Tax Payments, etc. - Liaise with reporting manager for budget approvals and financial reporting. Required Skills and Qualifications: - B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA or similar qualification. - 3+ years of experience in construction/real estate accounting. - Working knowledge of Tally, or any ERP. - Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently at a site office with limited supervision.
