Role Description

The Sourcing Manager Intern role is a hybrid internship based in Varanasi, offering the flexibility to work remotely. In this role, you will help expand our instructor network across multiple technical and professional domains.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, researching, and evaluating potential instructors and trainers.
  • Managing outreach communication to onboard qualified experts.
  • Assisting in contracts, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Ensuring instructors meet GuruAlign’s quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinating with clients to understand and fulfill their training requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with instructors.
  • Supporting continuous process improvements across sourcing and delivery operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy research, relationship building, and operational problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong Research, Data Analysis, and Candidate Evaluation skills
  • Networking, Outreach Communication, and Relationship Management expertise
  • Experience with Reports, Tools, and Process Optimization
  • Proficient in Coordination and Negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the training and talent sourcing domains is a plus
  • Ability to manage both independently and within a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
