About the Role

Sourcing Manager Pharmaceutical Products

Key Responsibilities

Execute strategic sourcing for APIs, excipients, and other direct materials.
Identify and onboard suppliers through market research and RFI/RFP processes.
Lead supplier negotiations and finalize supply contracts/agreements.
Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and drive improvements.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards (GMP/cGMP).
Mitigate sourcing risks and maintain supply continuity.
Align sourcing volumes with MRP in collaboration with Demand Planning and Production teams.
Use ERP/e-sourcing tools (SAP/Oracle/Ariba) for POs, contracts, and spend analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

25+ years’ experience in
Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Supply Chain
, preferably in
Pharma
.
Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
Analytical mindset with experience in cost analysis and TCO modelling.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and e-sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
