Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sourcing and procurement of small electrical kitchen appliances.
• Drive

  new product development

  in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new

  vendors and suppliers

  for components and finished goods.
• Ensure products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to align sourcing with product development goals.
• Conduct

  price negotiations

  and finalize contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure on-time procurement and delivery to meet business timelines.
• Establish long-term vendor relationships while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Regularly visit suppliers’ facilities and monitor performance and production quality.

Requirements:

• 8 – 10 years

  of relevant sourcing experience in the

  electrical appliance industry

• Strong exposure to products such as

  mixer grinders, juicers, sandwich makers, and toasters

  .
• Proven track record in

  vendor development, new product introduction, and cost negotiation

  .
• Strong understanding of

  quality standards, testing protocols, and regulatory compliance

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Must be

  currently based in Mumbai

  and

  comfortable with regular travel to Powai

  .
