Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented FMCG Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in order management, packaging operations, coordination, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless running of our production, packing, and distribution workflow—covering everything from production unit coordination to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end order processing from production unit to final delivery.

- Oversee product packing operations to ensure efficiency and quality compliance.

- Coordinate with production unit & packing unit teams, and internal departments for smooth order flow.

- Schedule and monitor delivery operations with logistics partners and delivery team.

- Maintain product inventory and ensure accurate delivery time levels across online platforms.

- Manage and schedule employee work shifts in the packing unit.

- Analyze daily operations to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company standards related to packaging, hygiene, and delivery timelines.

- Prepare regular reports on order status, logistics, and team performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- 3–4 years of FMCG industry experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management.

- Strong knowledge of order and inventory management systems.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google sheet, order management tools, and online selling platforms.

- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
