Position : Solution Manager(Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Business Solutions Engineer)

Location : Chennai, TamilNadu (Preferred Local Candidates)

Role Summary:

The Solution Manager leads end-to-end solution design, translating customer needs into scalable, high-impact technology solutions. This role works closely with clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and propose effective solution architectures.
• Create solution documents, workflows, and technical blueprints.
• Support pre sale with demos, RFP responses, and proposal creation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Monitor project delivery and resolve solution-related challenges.
• Maintain documentation and reusable solution frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT or related fields.
• 3–7 years of experience in solution design, presales, or product/technical roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), APIs, and software architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS, CRM, ERP, or enterprise platforms.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are an added advantage.
