Solutions Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as a Pre-Sales Technical Solutions / Consultancy professional for the company's Customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to aid in customer retention. Your responsibilities will include accepting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and proposals by effectively communicating the strengths of the solutions to customers. You will collaborate with Sales/Business Development Managers to provide technical pre-sales support for meeting the needs of Global customers and working with Global System Integrators to create and deliver end-to-end solutions. Additionally, you will be required to design resilient and cost-effective solutions to secure proposals or bids, while also maintaining high-quality documentation for all successful proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Pre-Sales Technical Solutions / Consultancy for company's Customers - Facilitate acceptance of RFPs and proposals by effectively communicating solution strengths to customers - Collaborate with Sales/Business Development Managers to provide technical pre-sales support for Global customers - Work with Global System Integrators to design and deliver end-to-end solutions - Develop resilient and cost-effective solutions to secure proposals or bids - Maintain high-quality documentation for all successful proposals - Plan and develop project implementation schedules with telco vendors - Monitor and track project timelines for ordering, provisioning, testing, and circuit acceptance activities - Proactively engage customers for in-country and Global Account Management (GAM) Pre-sales technical matters Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge in data and voice networking, including TCP/IP, ATM, Frame Relay, ISDN, and/or TDM leased circuits - Excellent customer handling skills and presentation skills - Ability to write well and prepare comprehensive technical proposals - Strong team player, working effectively with various stakeholders - Ability to lead network design projects - Experience in Pre-Sales Technical Support/Consultancy - Certifications in CCNA, CCNP, CCIE are a plus,
