We are seeking three dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineers to specialize in AI, Network & Security, and Cloud technologies, respectively.
Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales strategy. This individual will work closely with the sales team to drive business growth by providing in-depth technical knowledge, conducting product demonstrations, and helping clients understand the value of our training solutions.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs):
General KRAs for All Specializations:

Support the sales team with a deep technical knowledge of training solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept presentations.

Collaborate with customers to understand their training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Engage with vendor partners (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, etc.) to stay updated on the latest trends and certification requirements.

Develop technical proposals and assist in responding to RFPs.

Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless implementation of training programs.

Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product and curriculum teams.

Develop Skilling Plans based on customer consultations to ensure workforce readiness and alignment with industry standards.
Specialized KRAs:
AI Sales Engineer:

Provide expertise in AI/ML technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and AWS AI services.

Advise customers on AI-driven automation and optimization solutions.

Support Prompt-a-thon workshops and AI training initiatives.
Network & Security Sales Engineer:
-
Guide clients on cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and security certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS etc).

Demonstrate expertise in vendor-specific security solutions from Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, etc.

Advise on secure network infrastructure solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.

Support customers in network security architecture and zero-trust implementation strategies.

Conduct security awareness sessions and network protection workshops for corporate teams.
Cloud Sales Engineer:

Demonstrate expertise in multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Develop skilling plans tailored to customer-selected cloud solutions to enhance workforce competency.

Stay updated on multi-cloud certification paths and industry best practices.

Support discussions on cloud training strategies and workforce upskilling initiatives.
Technical Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of AI, Network & Security, or Cloud technologies (as per specialization).

Familiarity with vendor certification paths (e.g., Microsoft AI Engineer, AWS Certified Security, Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Networking certifications).

Experience with enterprise technology solutions and integrations.

Ability to conduct technical training sessions and presentations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a training or education company is preferred.
