Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

Design technical solutions using our workflow automation platform and rule engine to solvecomplex client business problemsLead technical discovery sessions to uncover client requirements and translate them into viablesolutionsDevelop proof of concepts and solution prototypes to demonstrate technical feasibilityCreate detailed solution documentation and implementation roadmapsPartner with clients to identify automation opportunities and design optimal workflow solutionsProvide expert consultation on workflow automation best practices and rule engine implementationCollaborate with product and engineering teams to align client needs with product roadmapGuide clients through technical onboarding and implementation processesTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced support during implementation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field4-5 years of experience in technical solution design, implementation, or consultingProven experience designing workflow automation solutions or business process managementsystemsStrong understanding of rule engines, integration patterns, and API ecosystemsProficiency with JavaScript and experience applying it in solution developmentExperience in client-facing technical roles with demonstrated ability to translate businessrequirements into technical solutionsExcellent problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach to solution designOutstanding communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience in solution design, technical consulting, or implementation engineering

Preferred Skills

Experience with workflow automation tools, BPM platforms, or low-code/no-code solutions (e.g.,Zapier, Make.com, Appian, Pega, OutSystems)Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patternsUnderstanding of database conceptsExperience with SaaS implementation or enterprise software deploymentBackground in process optimization or business process reengineeringExperience in industries with complex workflow requirements (finance, healthcare, logistics)Skills:- IT Solutioning, Solution selling, API, Integration and Client Management
