Job Description

Role Overview: As an Onboarding & Delivery Specialist, your main responsibilities will include designing best practice configurations and solutions to meet technical requirements of a customer's program, setting up and configuring technical assets according to project plans, collaborating with LivePerson product and R&D groups to create feature extensions, identifying use cases for LivePerson capabilities, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on LivePerson solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design best practice configurations and solutions to meet technical requirements - Setup, configure, and test technical assets according to project plans - Collaborate with LivePerson product and R&D groups to create feature extensions - Identify use cases for LivePerson capabilities and deploy into customer accounts - Act as a SME on LivePerson technical solutions and offerings - Provide technical consulting and support on applying LivePerson solutions to meet business needs - Manage customer technical assets such as APIs, integrations, widgets, and code - Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and increase reference ability - Support strategic initiatives through technical and solutions leadership - Continuously optimize and improve best practices for program efficiency Qualifications Required: - BS or BA degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience managing SAAS software solutions within Enterprise client organizations - Demonstrated technical leadership and deployment skills - Proficient understanding of LivePerson's Products & Services and Digital based technologies - Experience developing with APIs & SDKs - 3+ years of development experience with JavaScript (Angular, Node), CSS, HTML - 2+ years of Mobile Development experience (iOS, Android) - Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills - Consistent track record of success and progressive achievement in your career - Proficiency in business and technical writing & presentations - Willingness to travel to regional client sites for various activities such as discovery, implementation support, and troubleshooting - Active engagement with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and customers Please note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.
