At Ethics Group of Companies, we specialize in providing end-to-end logistics, supply chain, and infrastructure solutions that drive operational excellence and cost efficiency. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern / Management Trainee to join our Solutions Design team in Gurgaon.

This role is ideal for candidates with a solid understanding of CapEx/OpEx and a keen interest in costing for warehousing and transportation.

What You'll Do

• Support the design and financial evaluation of warehouse and transportation solutions
• Build and analyze CapEx (Capital Expenditure) and OpEx (Operating Expenditure) models
• Assist in the costing of warehouse infrastructure, material handling equipment (MHE), and transportation operations
• Conduct scenario-based analysis (e.g., lease vs. buy, owned vs. outsourced models)
• Work with cross-functional teams to validate cost assumptions and solution viability
• Prepare reports, costing breakdowns, and presentation materials for internal review

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Sound knowledge of CapEx/OpEx concepts
• Familiarity with cost components in logistics, warehousing, and transportation
• Strong skills in MS Excel (cost modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and presentation skills

Bonus Points

• Exposure to logistics or infrastructure project environments
• Knowledge of costing tools, WMS/TMS, or Power BI is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
