Solution design (Intern / Management Trainee)

As an Intern / Management Trainee in Solutions Design at Ethics Group of Companies in Gurgaon, India, you will play a crucial role in the team focused on delivering end-to-end logistics, supply chain, and infrastructure solutions to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the design and financial evaluation of warehouse and transportation solutions - Construct and analyze CapEx and OpEx models - Assist in costing warehouse infrastructure, material handling equipment, and transportation operations - Conduct scenario-based analyses - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate cost assumptions and solution viability - Prepare reports, costing breakdowns, and presentation materials for internal review **Qualifications Required:** - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields - Solid understanding of CapEx/OpEx concepts - Familiarity with cost components in logistics, warehousing, and transportation - Proficiency in MS Excel for cost modeling, pivot tables, and formulas - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities - Effective communication and presentation skills If you have exposure to logistics or infrastructure project environments, knowledge of costing tools, WMS/TMS, or Power BI, it will be viewed favorably.
