Gather and understand detailed client requirements across industry verticals.
Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored product/solution proposals.
Translate complex technical offerings into clear business value for clients.
2. Solution Presentation & Demonstration
Conduct effective product demonstrations, webinars, and workshops for prospective clients.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to different stakeholder groups.
Communicate technical features and benefits clearly to non-technical audiences.
3. Industry & Product Expertise Development
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
Continuously enhance understanding of the company’s product offerings and their application.
Leverage industry insights to position the solution as a strategic fit for clients.
4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic goals and pain points.
Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication.
Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales and solutioning phases.
5. Technical & Business Documentation
Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, solution blueprints, and business case documentation.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, requirements, and solution configurations.
Create training and knowledge transfer materials for clients and internal teams.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
Facilitate smooth communication between technical teams and clients for solution customization and deployment.
Support implementation planning and handovers post-sales.
7. Industry & Technical Ecosystem Understanding
Stay informed about relevant industry-specific technology trends.
Develop a basic understanding of relevant tech stacks, APIs, platforms, and tools.
Use industry expertise to position solutions as strategic enablers of client growth.
8. Continuous Learning & Skill Enhancement
Regularly upgrade consulting, communication, and technical skills.
Participate in training sessions, webinars, and workshops relevant to solution consulting and industry verticals.
Gain domain-specific knowledge to increase credibility and effectiveness
MBA from reputed institutions (IIMs—Tier 2/3 such as Udaipur, Rohtak, Sambalpur—TISS, SP Jain, NMIMS, or equivalent).
