Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Presales Specialist based in Chennai. The role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored technical and product demonstrations, and offering consulting support to potential clients. The Presales Specialist will collaborate with sales teams to develop customized solutions and address customer queries to ensure a smooth pre-sales process.

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating client needs and developing effective strategies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to engage with clients and address their concerns effectively
• Experience in Consulting and providing technical expertise to guide clients in solution implementation
• Knowledge and practical experience in Presales to effectively support sales teams and drive client engagement
• Proficiency in preparing product demonstrations and addressing customer inquiries
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
• Familiarity with device management, cybersecurity, or technology solutions is an advantage
