Role Overview

We are seeking a Proposal / Solution Architect to join our global team and support proposal development, solution design, and technical storytelling for U.S. federal and commercial opportunities.
This role combines proposal management and technical solutioning, ideal for someone with a strong grasp of IT solutions and the ability to translate technical ideas into compelling business proposals. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with U.S. business development and capture teams to design and document winning technical solutions.
• Support proposal writing, including technical narratives, solution overviews, and architecture diagrams.
• Participate in RFP/RFI analysis, helping shape compliant and compelling responses.
• Work closely with technical SMEs and delivery leads to align proposed solutions with delivery capabilities.
• Develop solution blueprints and architecture visuals (cloud, data, automation).
• Maintain a library of reusable proposal assets, templates, and case studies.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and review cycles with the U.S. team.
• Stay current on Sky Solutions’ offerings, technology stack, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or solution architecture roles within IT consulting or system integration firms.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevSecOps, and data/analytics solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into client-friendly content.
• Experience with proposal tools, documentation standards, and graphics tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent).
• Prior exposure to U.S. federal proposal processes (RFP/RFI) is a strong plus.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
