Job Description Summary: As a Network Support Level 3 Engineer, you will work as a team member in Network Operations team. You will report to the Lead Network Engineer, and work in a hybrid capacity from our Noida, India office. The Essentials - You Will Have: Education : o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience : o Minimum of 7 years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 support role. o Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF) and services. o Hands-on experience with networking equipment such as Cisco, Juniper, and other enterprise-grade routers, switches, and firewalls. o Proficient in network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g. Wireshark, SolarWinds).
