Team Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor the L2 network support team, ensuring that they adhere to operational standards, follow best practices, and deliver timely solutions to network issues. Provide guidance and training to team members on advanced troubleshooting techniques, network architecture, and technologies. Assign tasks and responsibilities to L2 engineers and monitor their progress. Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for skills development within the team. Network Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex network issues that cannot be resolved by L2 engineers. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise-level routing and switching. The candidate will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities: Handle escalation of complex Layer 2/3 network issues and provide end-to-end resolution. Design, configure, and maintain enterprise routing and switching networks (including LAN, WAN, and MAN). Lead network infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and changes with minimal business impact.
