Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled L2 IT Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Firewalls, NAS, Windows Servers (AD/DC), Cisco Switches/Routers, and overall IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be prepared to support critical systems during emergencies, including after hours if needed.
