IT Sales Coordinator

As an efficient and detail-oriented IT Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client communication, coordinating sales processes, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth operations between sales and technical departments. You will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendors. Your key responsibilities will involve managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and following up on leads. You will also coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities between sales, technical, and support teams. Additionally, you will prepare and manage sales documentation such as quotations, contracts, invoices, and order forms. Tracking sales performance and providing regular reports to management will be part of your duties. It is also important to maintain CRM systems accurately and liaise with vendors and suppliers for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. You will be required to assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, supporting logistics, and delivery processes for IT products and services will be essential. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer agreements is also a key responsibility. The qualifications and skills required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
