IT Sales Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing quotations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your role will require strong organizational skills, IT product knowledge, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, product details, and delivery timelines. - Maintain and update the CRM/ERP system with leads, opportunities, quotations, and order status. - Support account managers in handling client queries, product availability, and service requirements. - Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking for management. - Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for timely order fulfillment and project execution. - Manage documentation related to sales contracts, renewals, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). - Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and finance teams. Qualifications Required: - Proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills. - Knowledge of IT products and services. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
