To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BBA, or MBA with at least 10 years of experience in AV industry sales, focusing on consulting, project sales, and solution selling. Successful candidates will have a track record of managing large MNC projects and prestigious clients. A deep understanding of AV systems, technologies, and integration is essential, along with familiarity with major AV OEMs and distributors. Experience in overseeing branch operations, team coordination, and resource allocation is also required. The primary focus of this role is Sales and Business Development (80%), with an additional emphasis on Branch Operations (20%). This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The working schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday, with additional benefits such as performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, shift allowance, and yearly bonuses. We are hiring for Sales Manager – PSU Sales for our IT Solutions & Services business, based in Noida, Sector 58 . The candidate should have a total experience of 10 years with at least 8 years of relevant experience in PSU/Government Sales . The role involves developing and executing PSU-focused sales strategies to achieve business goals. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities within PSUs and government bodies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key PSU stakeholders and decision-makers is a key part of the role. The role includes leading end-to-end responses for government tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids. The candidate will manage and grow existing PSU accounts, ensuring delivery, upselling, and renewals. Staying updated with government initiatives, schemes, and digital transformation efforts will be expected. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the government procurement lifecycle. Hands-on experience in responding to GeM, CPP, and manual tenders is mandatory. The candidate must have excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience in positioning IT infrastructure and services to PSUs is preferred. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to plan long-term engagement strategies are required. Good documentation skills and adherence to government procurement norms are essential. The educational qualification required is Graduate in any discipline . Relevant industry or product certifications will be an added advantage.
