Sales Manager – PSU Sales

We are hiring for Sales Manager – PSU Sales for our IT Solutions & Services business, based in Noida, Sector 58.

The candidate should have a total experience of 10 years with at least 8 years of relevant experience in PSU/Government Sales.

The role involves developing and executing PSU-focused sales strategies to achieve business goals.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities within PSUs and government bodies.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key PSU stakeholders and decision-makers is a key part of the role.

The role includes leading end-to-end responses for government tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids.

The candidate will manage and grow existing PSU accounts, ensuring delivery, upselling, and renewals.

Staying updated with government initiatives, schemes, and digital transformation efforts will be expected.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the government procurement lifecycle.

Hands-on experience in responding to GeM, CPP, and manual tenders is mandatory.

The candidate must have excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience in positioning IT infrastructure and services to PSUs is preferred.

Strong strategic thinking and the ability to plan long-term engagement strategies are required.

Good documentation skills and adherence to government procurement norms are essential.

The educational qualification required is Graduate in any discipline.

Relevant industry or product certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
