Roles and Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy:

  Develop and execute PSU-focused sales strategies to achieve business goals.

• Business Development:

  Identify and target new business opportunities within PSUs and government bodies.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with key PSU stakeholders and influencers.

• Tender/Bid Management:

  Lead end-to-end response for government tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids.

• Account Management:

  Manage and grow existing PSU accounts, ensuring delivery, upsell, and renewals.

• Industry Intelligence:

  Stay informed about government initiatives, schemes, and digital transformation efforts.

Skill Area: Required Proficiency

• PSU/Government Sales:

  Deep understanding of government procurement lifecycle.

• Tender/Bid Management:

  Hands-on experience in responding to GeM, CPP, and manual tenders.

• Communication & Negotiation:

  Excellent stakeholder engagement and deal-closing skills.

• Tech Solution Selling:

  Ability to position IT infrastructure and services to PSUs

• Strategic Thinking:

  Ability to plan long-term engagement strategies

• Documentation & Compliance:

  Strong documentation and adherence to government procurement norms
