Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate site assessments and system design and finalise it with customer.
•Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and delays.
•Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4-6 years of experience in solar projects covering all phases from planning and execution to completion and handover.
•Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams, effectively delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives
•Immediate joiner preferred
