Role Overview:

We are hiring a Solar Project Manager to oversee our solar installation projects from site survey to commissioning. You will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, quality control, vendor coordination, and client satisfaction on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of ongoing rooftop solar projects
• Coordinate between clients, on-site teams, vendors, and internal departments
• Ensure timelines, quality, and safety compliance during execution
• Plan project schedules, resource allocation, and procurement needs
• Supervise installation teams and conduct regular site visits
• Maintain daily progress reports, photos, and project documentation
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate where required
• Handover projects smoothly to clients post-commissioning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in solar/EPC/energy project execution of rooftop solar 
• Strong knowledge of rooftop solar components and site implementation
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Must be open to travel across project locations in Delhi NCR
