Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage solar project execution from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning (EPC), and operations & maintenance (O&M).
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against targets; identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations during site activities; maintain accurate records of work performed by contractors/vendors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical queries related to solar projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in managing large-scale solar power plants or similar renewable energy infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, including photovoltaic systems design and installation.
Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple disciplines such as EPC contractors' coordination.
