Solar Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Soltrac Power, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end solar project execution. Your role will involve coordinating teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining the highest technical and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end execution of solar projects, from planning to commissioning. - Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress for timely completion. - Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with technical drawings, designs, and safety standards. - Oversee solar system installation, wiring, earthing, and panel/inverter setup. - Conduct testing and commissioning of systems with proper documentation. - Coordinate with DISCOM and other authorities for net-metering applications and approvals. - Lead site engineers, supervisors, and contractors for efficient execution. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution. - Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions. - Prepare completion reports and maintain all project documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solar project installation, commissioning, and net-metering. - Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, BOS components, and electrical works. - Proven experience in project management, team handling, and vendor coordination. - Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. - Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance. - Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
