Job Description

Role: Solar Project Finance Manager. Location: Greater Noida, UP (On-site) Role : Full time About ICCPL ICCPL is a nimble, pre-revenue Independent Power Producer and EPC partner, developing 700 MW⁺ of farmer-powered solar SPVs under PM–KUSUM A & C. Backed by strategic investors and deep FPO alliances, we own the full delivery stack—from land aggregation through financing, construction and operations. Our startup-speed execution and infrastructure-grade rigor deliver predictable cash flows, transparent governance and bankable returns. Why This Role Matters As Solar Project Finance Manager, you will architect and operate ICCPL’s finance engine—building cash-flow models, structuring debt and equity, liaising with banks and government schemes, and consolidating SPV accounts—to underwrite our rapid scale-up and drive investor confidence. Key Responsibilities Treasury & Cash Management Build and maintain daily cash-flow models across SPVs Manage multi-tier escrow accounts and inter-SPV fund movements Implement short-term investment strategies Debt Structuring & Bank Relations Draft, negotiate and finalize term-sheets, loan agreements and CP checklists Coordinate with banks/NBFCs on moratoria, IDC capitalization and DSRA coverage Monitor covenants (DSCR, LLCR) and prepare compliance certificates Government Scheme Liaison Interface with DISCOMs/MNRE for LOA/PPA tracking, subsidy claims and BG refunds Ensure timely submission of PPA annexures, tariff certificates and filings SPV Accounting & Consolidation Maintain SPV-level books under IND AS: journal entries, inter-company eliminations and reconciliations Lead monthly close and variance analysis Coordinate statutory audits and regulatory filings Investor & Board Reporting Prepare treasury dashboards, DSCR/LLCR scorecards and financing-cost analyses Develop board papers detailing debt drawdowns, equity calls and cash-flow forecasts Candidate Profile Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a top-tier institute Experience: 5–8 years in project finance, treasury or corporate finance—ideally with solar/IPPs or infrastructure projects Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modeling (DSCR, waterfalls, sensitivity); familiarity with Tally, SAP B1 or similar ERP; Power BI or Tableau for dashboards Domain Knowledge: Solar project economics, financing structures, PM–KUSUM A guidelines; lender due diligence and covenant enforcement Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management (bankers, regulators, auditors); exceptional analytical rigor and attention to detail; ability to thrive in a startup What We Offer Strategic Impact: Lead financing of India’s rural-solar growth under PM–KUSUM A & C Career Growth: Fast-track to Head of Project Finance as we scale beyond pilot SPVs Rewards: Competitive compensation, performance bonus and ESOPs tied to financing milestones Learning & Mentorship: Direct guidance from founders, industry veterans and external advisors Thanks & Regards Niranjan Singh - Founder & CEO - ICCPL, SRACPL, INDIEUROS Show more Show less
