Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Madurai, for a Software Support Specialist. The Software Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to clients by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software and system issues. The role involves managing customer inquiries, configuring software applications based on client needs, performing system testing, and delivering training or guidance to ensure optimal software usage. Successful candidates will also collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.


Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve software-related issues promptly
  • Proficiency in Software Configuration, System Testing, and Implementation
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, with strong customer service focus
  • Knowledge of HR or Payroll Management Software is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in software support or a similar role is a plus
  • Adaptability to learn and understand evolving HRMS functionalities
