Client Support Specialist – Software Support

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for positive, self-motivated professionals with customer support experience and an affinity for technology products and innovation. In this role, you will work directly with active clients, assisting with any product feature or functionality questions related to supported products.

You will also coordinate the delivery of various services offered by the Support team. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to inquiries via email tickets and phone
• Data migrations
• Live phone training
• Reconfiguration

Through this experience, you will gain a valuable understanding of customer needs. Additional responsibilities include helping troubleshoot system issues clients may encounter and collaborating with internal teams to resolve these issues and provide solutions.

Attributes of a Successful Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical support function
• SaaS environment experience (highly preferred)
• Comfortable working in the Pacific Time Zone (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ZenDesk preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in analysis and troubleshooting to resolve problems quickly and cost-effectively
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, email, phone, and online
• Ability to work effectively with development, product management, and customer onboarding teams
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excel fundamentals knowledge (a plus)
• Accounting & audit knowledge (a plus)
• Open-minded and willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,163.73 - ₹31,417.54 per month
