You will be joining the team at EVA2Z Electric as a Software Sales Consultant, where your main responsibility will be driving the success of their Fleet Management Software. As a dynamic and results-driven individual, you will play a key role in client acquisition, sales strategy development, product demonstrations, relationship management, market analysis, collaboration with the software development team, negotiation, and reporting. - Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners for the Fleet Management Software. - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the software solutions. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. - Collaboration: Work closely with the software development team to ensure the product aligns with client needs and expectations. - Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. - Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the fleet management or related industry. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of software solutions and their applications. - A results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
