Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on:
  • Meta Ads

    (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Google Ads

    (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other platforms

    as needed
  • Google My Business

  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and ad funnel creation to improve targeting and engagement.
  • Create ad copies, headlines, CTAs, and basic visual briefs or collaborate with the design team.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.) regularly.
  • Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website
  • Track and measure conversions using tools like

    Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Analytics

  • Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, ad policies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal ad spend and ROI.
  • Suggest growth hacks and performance strategies for scaling campaigns.
  • Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
  • Monitor company presence on social media
  • Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness


Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years

    of hands-on experience in running Meta and other paid ad campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads platform.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is a plus.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are preferred.
