Preference will be given to candidates with prior GCC experience and a readiness to relocate to Muscat, Oman. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections. Handle client communications related to finance, billing, and receivables. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure proper VAT accounting and filing in accordance with local laws. Develop and implement financial controls and processes to improve efficiency. Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders as required. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and lead the finance team effectively. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CA preferred). Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. Proven experience in client handling and accounts receivable management. Strong understanding of VAT laws, particularly in GCC countries. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Prior experience in the GCC region is a strong advantage.
