Job Description

Role Overview

Manual QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of ERP modules including end-to-end business workflows.
Understand and validate complex calculations, financial logic, and data flows.
Create and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and edge cases.
Validate data accuracy across databases, APIs, and UI layers.
Ensure high-quality releases by actively participating in release cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience in
Manual Testing / QA
.
Strong
mathematical and logical reasoning skills
.
Solid understanding of
ERP systems and workflows
.
Hands-on experience testing
at least 3 ERP products
.
Prior experience in
fintech domain
(preferred).
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail).
Ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports.

Good to Have

Experience with
automation testing
(Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
Basic understanding of SQL and database validation.
Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
