Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs. * Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. * Design high-quality UI elements, layouts, and visual styles for web and mobile applications. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product experience. * Ensure design consistency across all platforms through design guidelines, patterns, and best practices. * Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications. The role involves developing and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, and services that power our applications. Prior experience in Quick Commerce, eCommerce, or other consumer-facing platforms will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend systems and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Build and manage APIs (RESTful/GraphQL) to support product functionalities. Optimize application performance and database queries for scalability. Ensure application reliability, security, and performance standards are met. Work with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) for hosting and deployment. Participate in code reviews, testing, and best practices for software development. Contribute to architecture discussions and help improve overall system design. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2-3 years of hands-on backend development experience in a product-based company for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in backend programming language (Node.js, Java, Python, Go, etc.). Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, Spring Boot, or Django . Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) . Exposure to microservices architecture, APIs, and event-driven systems . Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD practices. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will be a plus. Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka for event-driven systems. Familiarity with Elastic-search will be considered a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
