Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.

* Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

* Design high-quality UI elements, layouts, and visual styles for web and mobile applications.

* Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product experience.

* Ensure design consistency across all platforms through design guidelines, patterns, and best practices.

* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3-5 years of proven experience

  in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as

  Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator

  .
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage and execute projects with self-starting attitude, responsibility, and accountability
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Should be comfortable working in evening shift (from 2pm IST onwards)
