Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for detail and a creative mindset to design modern, user-centric web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Figma and a solid understanding of HTML and CSS to effectively bridge the gap between design and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and proper implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and UI components for consistency across projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and marketing) to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• (1-2)+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma (prototyping, auto layout, components, design systems).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive web design understanding.
• Familiarity with design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and accessibility.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly and aesthetic designs.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of JavaScript or frameworks like React for design handoff understanding.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Familiarity with UX research tools (Hotjar, Maze, or similar).
• Basic understanding of frontend development and responsive design challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
