We’re looking for a full-time Creative Designer who can bring together UI/UX design and social media storytelling to create a consistent brand experience across all our client and in-house platforms. You will be reporting to the Operations Director. This is a hybrid role, part website UI UX designer, part social media storyteller, where you’ll design websites, campaign visuals, and digital assets for multiple brands. You’ll work closely with our project managers and marketing team to deliver design that’s functional, fast, and unforgettable. What You’ll Be Doing UI/UX & Website Design Design responsive websites and landing pages using Wix Studio, Figma, and Adobe XD. Create wireframes, layouts, and UI components based on client briefs and brand tone. Collaborate with project managers and developers for seamless implementation. Contribute to InstaWeb’s internal design libraries and brand templates. Social Media & Marketing Design Design engaging social media creatives, carousels, and ad visuals for SiteproteX & BrandyPickle clients. Support monthly campaigns with custom visuals for blogs, newsletters, and digital brochures. Design internal marketing materials — case studies, one-pagers, and brand decks. Maintain visual consistency across all brands and campaigns. Creative Strategy Participate in brainstorming sessions with the content and strategy teams. Research visual trends, brand design patterns, and UI innovations. Suggest improvements to existing design workflows and brand systems. The Role We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead website design & development projects from concept to delivery, while also performing Quality Assurance (QA) checks before every go-live. You will be reporting to the Operations Director. This is a dual role that combines project coordination, client communication, and product QA. You’ll be the bridge between the client, design, and development teams, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction stay on track. Key Responsibilities Project Management ★ Plan and manage end-to-end website design projects across multiple clients. ★ Coordinate with designers, developers, and content writers to ensure timely delivery. ★ Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using internal tools. ★ Communicate proactively with clients, manage feedback, revisions, and expectations. ★ Conduct weekly status updates and ensure smooth handovers post-launch. Quality Assurance (QA) ★ Review websites before delivery for content accuracy, responsiveness, and UX consistency. ★ Test websites for mobile, browser, and device compatibility. ★ Check SEO basics (meta tags, alt text, page titles) and internal linking. ★ Validate form submissions, email triggers, buttons, and navigation flows. ★ Maintain a QA checklist and ensure zero broken links or formatting errors before launch. Client Coordination ★ Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects. ★ Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs ★ Ensure timely approvals, updates, and clear documentation. ★ Handle escalations tactfully and ensure client satisfaction.
